P. Kevin Kilroy
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kilroy brings significant leadership experience providing enterprise software and high technology solutions servicing both horizontal and vertical markets for over 30 years. As President, CEO and Chairman, he led Bluestone Software, Inc., (NASDAQ:BLSW) a widely recognized global leader in enterprise middleware technology through significant growth including an IPO and subsequently a successful merger with Hewlett Packard, Inc. In addition to his tenure with Bluestone, Mr. Kilroy has held senior executive, technical management, sales and marketing roles with such companies as Hewlett Packard, Seer Technologies, Continental Telephone, Avon Cosmetics, Xerox, Samsung Information Systems, and Toshiba America. He is a graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan College, where he has served on its Board of Trustees and has been the recipient of North Carolina Wesleyan's Distinguished Alumni Award.

David Rode
Senior Vice President, Global Operations

Mr. Rode brings significant technology industry experience to iMANY in a broad range of functions including field operations, sales, marketing and partner alliances. Rode’s leadership experience includes companies such as Intentia Americas, a worldwide leader in ERP system integrating business application suites covering core processes including financial management, customer relationship management, manufacturing and supply chain planning and execution where he held the position of CEO Americas. He drove the expansion of the company’s Americas business and led the integration of Intentia’s field sales operations into Lawson Software (NASDAQ: LWSN) when the two companies merged in 2006. Mr. Rode also has held senior sales, marketing, field operations and management roles in technology solutions providers such as Information Builders and Lectra. Rode holds a B.A. in Economics from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia.

Kevin M. Harris
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Harris was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2003. Prior to joining iMANY, Mr. Harris was Division Controller of the Middleware Division at Hewlett-Packard and Corporate Controller at Bluestone Software. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Financial Officer at a privately held consumer product goods marketing company. Mr. Harris holds a BS and an MBA from Drexel University.

Lawrence Lindsey
Chief Development Officer

Mr. Lindsey is responsible for product management, development, quality assurance and product release management of the entire iMANY family of products. He brings 17 years of senior management and enterprise software development experience with extensive experience in CRM, bid-quote, healthcare and other enterprise applications. Previously, Mr. Lindsey served as vice president of engineering at Symantec Corporation for online platform and partner services, and led an extensive team to design, develop and maintain world class technologies, as well as customized OEM and ISP versions of Norton products. Prior to Symantec, Mr. Lindsey was vice president of engineering for Nsite Software (now a unit of NASDAQ-traded Business Objects S.A.) with responsibility for all product strategy, development, and production operations. Prior to Nsite, he held various senior management positions at Oracle Corporation, including senior director of development for the Healthcare Industry Group. Mr. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Mel Walker
Vice President, Professional Services

Ms. Walker is responsible for professional services, hosting services, product deployment, and training and education for the entire iMANY family of products. She has been with the company since 2000, previously serving as Senior Director of Professional Services. She brings 16 years of senior management and enterprise software consulting experience with extensive experience in accounting, manufacturing, healthcare and other enterprise applications. Previously, Ms. Walker served as a senior manager at Belcan Engineering for implementation services of accounting, manufacturing and distribution applications. Prior to Belcan, Ms. Walker was accounting manager for MedPlus Inc., a publicly held software company that specializes in barcode technologies and electronic patient record systems. Ms. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.

Jerry Inman
Vice President, Global Marketing

Mr. Inman is an experienced marketing executive with a proven ability to deliver results in both start-up and established businesses. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his over 20 year career in branding, advertising, lead generation, customer retention and growth programs. Prior to joining iMANY, Inman served as Vice President of Marketing for Lectra, global leader in integrated technology solutions, where he was responsible for significant revenue growth through the development and deployment of marketing strategies, lead generation, communications and solution strategies. Before that, Mr. Inman spent over ten years at Information Builders in New York City, a leader in enterprise business intelligence and integration software where he was the Director of Marketing. He began his career as a Marketing Manager for Computer Associates, a leading system and application software provider where he was responsible for advertising and international marketing. Mr. Inman has spoken at numerous conference and industry events and has become sought after for his knowledge on branding, advertising, lead generation and innovative marketing campaigns. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Rider University.

Brian Sterrett
Vice President, Global Channels and Partners

Mr. Sterrett is responsible for growing iMANY’s worldwide channel revenue and managing the company’s strategic alliances. Prior to joining iMANY, Sterrett was Vice President, World-Wide Channels and Partners at Lawson Software, a global ERP software company in St. Paul, MN. During his tenure, Sterrett increased the scale and impact of the partner ecosystem and grew channel sales exponentially. He also directed the firm’s strategic alliance with IBM, led international expansion into high-growth markets including Russia, Brazil, and Mexico and served as General Manager for Latin America operations. Mr. Sterrett previously held senior management positions at SPSS Inc., Oracle Corp., and Accenture.

Gaurav Verma
Vice President, Solutions Marketing

Gaurav Verma drives iMANY’s product and solution marketing strategy for continued market leadership in Life Sciences and expansion into other markets. Verma’s key areas of focus are strategic product planning, marketing performance management, brand strategy, persona-based marketing, marketing communications, demand generation, sales and partner enablement and competitive analysis.

Verma brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining iMANY, Gaurav lead Global Technology Product Marketing for SAS, the leader in business analytics software and services, and the largest independent vendor in the business intelligence (BI) market, where he instituted global market leadership for SAS’ Business Analytics Framework, Business Intelligence and Text Analytics products and solutions by driving global marketing strategy and positioning. Verma has also served as Financial Services Industry Marketing Director for Cognos (now IBM Cognos) another leading BI and Performance Management company, Director of Corporate Marketing for Information Builders and as Principal Analyst and Program Director for Doculabs, a technology consulting firm that lowers the business risk of technology decisions through client-specific recommendations, objective analysis and in-depth research. Verma regularly serves as spokesperson to press, analyst communities and at industry events. He has authored several articles and is quoted in leading industry publications.

Jin Huang
Vice President, Development

Mr. Huang is responsible for architecture, engineering and quality assurance of the entire iMANY family of products. He brings 16 years of engineering experience in the enterprise software application space. Prior to joining iMANY, Jin worked for Business Objects/Nsite Software where he served as Director of Engineering for the Nsite On Demand Application Platform. Prior to Business Objects/Nsite Software, he served engineering leadership positions at Oracle specializing in transportation, scheduling, planning and supply chain optimization solutions as well as engineering positions at IBM.  Mr. Huang holds multiple advanced degrees in computer science and related fields to include an MS degree in CAD/CAM and a PhD degree in Computer Integrated Engineering Systems from Xi’an Jiao Tong University in Xi’an, China and an MS degree in Computer Science from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
