John A. Rade

Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and CEO

Mr. Rade joined I-many's board of directors in June 2005 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at I-many in August 2006. Previously, Mr. Rade served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AXS-One, Inc. (formerly Computron Software, Inc., a publicly traded software company) where he presided over a dramatic turnaround and repositioning of the company from 1997 until his retirement in 2004. Prior to joining Computron, he managed the pharmaceutical industry practice for American Management Systems, Inc., a management consulting and information technology company. Mr. Rade also founded and was CEO of S-Cubed, Inc., a provider of advanced computer software development tools. Earlier in his career, he served as President and CEO of Information Sciences, a NASDAQ company, held senior management positions with Cap Gemini Sogeti in both Europe and the US, and led Computer Science Corporation's European Contract Services operations. Mr. Rade is a software industry veteran with over 35 years of leadership roles at leading software and high-tech companies in both Europe and the US.

David Blumberg

Executive Vice President of Fulfillment Services

Mr. Blumberg is responsible for all professional services, as well as customer support and sustaining engineering functions. He is also responsible for formulating and directing I-many's marketing strategies in its Life Sciences and Healthcare business line. Blumberg comes to I-many from Accenture - the $16 billion global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company - where he was a managing partner. During his 15 years at Accenture, Blumberg held a number of senior management positions, where he served as the lead partner for the pharmaceutical and medical products practice, global account manager for one of Accenture's "Diamond" pharmaceutical accounts, and oversaw Accenture's global pharmaceutical and medical products CRM business. He was previously with IBM and General Electric, and earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and BS in mechanical engineering from Ohio State University.

Kevin M. Harris

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Harris was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2003. Prior to joining I-many, Mr. Harris was Division Controller of the Middleware Division at Hewlett-Packard and Corporate Controller at Bluestone Software. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Financial Officer at a privately held consumer product goods marketing company. Mr. Harris holds a BS and MBA from Drexel University.

Lawrence Lindsey

Executive Vice President of Product Operations

Mr. Lindsey is responsible for product management, development, quality assurance and product release management of the entire I-many family of products. He brings 17 years of senior management and enterprise software development experience with extensive experience in CRM, bid-quote, healthcare and other enterprise applications. Previously, Mr. Lindsey served as vice president of engineering at Symantec Corporation for online platform and partner services, and led an extensive team to design, develop and maintain world class technologies, as well as customized OEM and ISP versions of Norton products. Prior to Symantec, Mr. Lindsey was vice president of engineering for Nsite Software (now a unit of NASDAQ-traded Business Objects S.A.) with responsibility for all product strategy, development, and production operations. Prior to Nsite, he held various senior management positions at Oracle Corporation, including senior director of development for the Healthcare Industry Group. Mr. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Robert G. Schwartz, Jr.

Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Schwartz, Jr. has served as I-many's Vice President and General Counsel since September 2001. Mr. Schwartz is responsible for all of I-many's legal and contractual affairs. He has extensive experience as a corporate counsel for software and technology companies. Before coming to I-many, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Director for Emptoris, Inc., a privately held developer of strategic sourcing software, where he was responsible for all legal affairs. He has also served as Assistant General Counsel for Cambridge Technology Partners, with responsibility for securities and M&A matters, and as Vice President and General Counsel for Astea International, a Nasdaq-quoted developer of customer relationship management software. Before joining Astea, he was an associate in the corporate law department of Goodwin Procter LLP. Mr. Schwartz holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in political science from Amherst College.

A. Todd Shytle

Senior Vice President, Sales

Mr. Shytle is responsible for managing I-many's sales organization worldwide. He has been with the company since 1999, previously serving as Vice President of Sales for North America and Vice President of Sales for Life Sciences. Prior to joining I-many, Mr. Shytle was responsible for sales and market development in the life sciences industry for Manugistics, a provider of software and services for supply chain management. He has also served in various sales roles at Johnson & Johnson, United States Surgical Corporation, and Eastman Kodak. Mr. Shytle has more than twenty years of experience as a highly motivated and accomplished sales, marketing, and management professional. His performance demonstrates a high level of achievement and success in launching new innovative technologies, strategic planning, new business development, technical training, team building, and consistently overachieving forecast and business objectives. Mr. Shytle holds an MBA from the School of Business at Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Michael T. Zuckerman

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Zuckerman is responsible for all aspects of marketing and business development at I-many and brings extensive experience in the development and execution of marketing programs for enterprise software companies. He was previously senior vice president and general manager of the 3D business group at Immersion Corporation, a publicly-traded technology company, after first serving as senior vice president and general manager of its industrial business group, as well as senior vice president of marketing. Prior to Immersion, Mr. Zuckerman was vice president of marketing for Verity, Inc., a publicly-traded enterprise software company (now part Autonomy Corporation plc), where he was instrumental in making Verity an international leader in infrastructure software for search, categorization and personalization for the Global 2000. Mr. Zuckerman holds a BSEE in electrical engineering from University of Maryland College Park.
