 Tim Cummins
Executive Director - International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM)
IACCM is the world's leading association for contract and negotiation professionals and executives. In the last 10 years, Tim has worked with many of the world's leading corporations and government bodies to raise the profile and capabilities of contracting professionals and procedures. He has driven the levels of research and training to new heights, resulting in comprehensive reports, benchmark studies and skills assessment / certification methods. Working with both Procurement and Sales Contracting / Commercial staff, Tim has assisted development of top-perfroming contracts organisations and delivered training and mentoring to more than 10,000 professionals around the world. He brings more than 25 years experience in finance, marketing and commercial contracting, having worked for NatWest, British Leyland, BAe and IBM Corporation and more recently having advised many top global companies on their commercial organization and practices. Tim has led negotiations up to $1.5bn in value and has lived or negotiated in over 40 countries. While working in the Chairman's office at IBM Corporate Headquarters, he led studies on the business impacts of globalisation and then successfully managed projects to reengineer IBM's global contracting processes.
 William (Bill) Marchionni

Mr. Marchionni [Bill] is a Director and Senior Business Advisor with The Hackett Group in its Finance Executive Advisory program, and is the program leader of its Account-to-Report Process Advisory Program. In these capacities, he works with executives (from middle market to fortune 500) to assist them in creating world-class finance organizations.
Mr. Marchionni has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience including Big 8 Audit, Big 4 consulting, and he has held executive positions at both publicly traded and privately held companies. He has particular expertise in the areas of revenue and cost management, working capital management, process re-engineering, strategic planning, forecasting and analysis.
Mr. Marchionni is a CPA. He received an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta and received his BS in accounting from New York University.
 Kirk Krappé

Mr. Krappé manages I-many’s sales and marketing organizations. Mr. Krappé has a distinguished track record of creating and developing new markets unlocked by technology breakthroughs. Before joining I-many, Krappé led the product marketing organization at BEA Systems. Prior to BEA, he was Chief Executive Officer of Nextance, a contract management solutions provider. Earlier in his career, Krappé held executive positions at Corio through its initial public offering and served as Vice President of Industry Solutions at Siebel and Vice President of Solutions Marketing at Oracle. In addition, Krappé has held positions in Product Management and Finance at Raychem Corporation, engineering at the Ford Motor Company and management consulting at Bain & Company. He holds bachelors' degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering from the University of London as well as an MBA from INSEAD, France.
