Strategic Services
I-many delivers strategic services to quantify ROI, justify projects and implement best practices. These I-many strategic services span across the entire enterprise contract management lifecycle -- Pre-contract, Contract, Compliance, Monetize and Optimize -- and are tailored to each industry and each business function (i.e. finance, sales, procurement, etc.). I-many offers several levels of assessments from high and mid levels to the most detailed levels.
Benchmarking
I-many's Benchmarking services identify business processes in the "contract to cash" lifecycle including: Pre-Contract, Contract, Compliance, Monetize, and Optimize. Our benchmarking service compares the current state of processes and systems against industry best practices and identifies opportunities to focus on. We also help you identify the impact of improvement opportunities both qualitatively and quantitatively. Benchmarking also provides a foundation for management discussions, project planning and justification, business value assessment, and business process re-engineering.
Business Value Assessments
I-many's Business Value Assessments (BVA) assess the value delivered in both soft ROI and hard ROI through optimized business processes and advanced technologies. The BVA will identify key performance indicators and metrics that are consistent with strategic goals and business objectives and will identify data sources, baseline, and measurement frequency. The BVA will also quantify and track value delivered from both soft ROI and hard ROI. This in turn will provide a foundation for continuous improvement programs and training, organizational alignment, monitoring utilization and acceptance, and planning additional spend or new initiatives
Business Process Re-engineering
Our Business Process Re-engineering services, in addition to our other services, also optimize the business processes in the "contracts-to-cash" lifecycle. These re-engineering services include the assessment of current processes and mapping these to optimal processes based on best practices. This service includes evaluating and clearly defining roles and responsibilities, identifying key performance indicators and metrics, and identifying gaps requiring policy changes. We will help you optimize and standardize business processes, which will ensure that processes and systems are aligned with strategic goals and objectives.
